Need help with your account, the feed, buddy coloring, monthly challenges, or the Ohuhu palette generator? This is the official support page for Colora users.

We usually reply within 2 to 5 business days.

Delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the app from Settings > Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, email af10srl@gmail.com and include the email address linked to your account.

What to include in your support request

Your device model and iOS version.
Your Colora username, if available.
A short description of the issue.
Screenshots or screen recordings if they help explain the problem.
For palette questions, include the marker set or Ohuhu colors involved.

Common topics

Feed and discovery: include the book, post, or creator you expected to see and what felt incorrect in the feed.
Login or account access: include the sign-in method you used, such as Apple, Google, or email.
Buddy Coloring issues: include the session name and whether the problem affects invites, submissions, progress, or reveals.
Challenges: include the challenge title and the step that failed.
Palette Generator: mention that you are using the Ohuhu alcohol marker palette tools and describe the colors, marker set, or palette flow involved.
Content or safety reports: send the relevant username or post link if available.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact us by email and we can help you complete the request.

How do I report a bug in Buddy Coloring?

Send us the buddy session name, what went wrong, and whether the issue affected invites, submissions, or the reveal stage. Screenshots help a lot.

How do I get help with the palette generator?

If the Ohuhu palette generator gives unexpected results, tell us which marker family or colors you were using and whether the issue happened in Generate, Manual, Image, Popular, or Saved palettes.

How do I report a post or creator?

Use the in-app reporting tools when possible. If you need extra help, email us with the username or post link and a short explanation of the issue.
